Simple & cilantro - this pasta recipe was actually supposed to be Açorda à Alentejana, a Portuguese cilantro soup that is thickened with bread and egg, and one of my favorite comfort foods. And while I’m DEFINITELY a soup girl, the weather is getting warmer and my soup version just wasn’t…giving. It was just begging to be pasta. Proving that it’s always good to listen to your ingredients. Sometimes they speak to you and it’s very cute. This whole recipe is 7 ingredients (8 if you use the egg yolk, which PLEASE DO) and one of my favorite simple dinners.
