But this crew is so much more. ❤️💙 This year, Houston Loves Teachers launched our very first Teacher Leadership Cohort and this photo captures just 20% of the incredible educators in it. These leaders come together 2+ times a month to learn, grow, challenge one another, and build something bigger than themselves. From elementary to high school, across districts and experiences, and with beautifully diverse perspectives, these women are united by a shared commitment to shaping Houston’s future through education.
