Even with significant investments, too many Californians continue to cycle through homelessness, incarceration, and hospitalization instead of getting the treatment and stability they deserve.  Next month, one of our Vision 2030 Solution Symposium panels will explore how California can better align housing and behavioral health systems to interrupt that cycle and expand access to care.
