Helping design a 60+-story multi-unit residential tower? No problem. Networking? Not so easy, says Victoria Sypher (MBA 2026), who worked as a senior structural engineer at Entuitive before starting her Rotman School degree. The program has been demanding, but Victoria is a high achiever, and she’s become an expert in balancing demands, or as she says, “prioritizing the fundamentals and adapting to what’s beyond my control while letting go when necessary.” And guess what?
