Change management rather than technology is the defining factor of a successful AI transformation. That was one of the key messages shared by Christoph Schweizer during a panel discussion about the Intelligent Co-Worker at #wef26 on Wednesday. “Companies will succeed if they really change how their people work. To do that, you need to change processes, organization, incentives, skills, leadership, culture,” Schweizer said.
