Abuse comes in all forms, not just physical. There are patterns of abuse that aren’t recognized by the courts of law in Canada. Not all abuse is physical, but ALL abuse has elements of coercive control. We need to re- introduce Bill C-332 in order for Coercive Control to be recognized as a crime.
