45 days to go until I perform at the UNFO Awards 🤩! I’ve been putting in a lot of work on breath control, pitch, and confidence. I’m tapping back into everything I learned as a competitive gymnast and applying it to my artistry now. Today’s training focus was intention and training as if I’m already on stage. This is the time to make mistakes, experiment, and push boundaries so that on the day I feel confident and fully present to enjoy the moment.
