Canyon Country Traffic Stop Lands 3 in Jail, Meth Seized 🚔 Around 2:00 a.m. Thursday, patrol deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Soledad Canyon Rd/ Whites Canyon Rd., Canyon Country for a vehicle code violation. During the stop, deputies discovered one male passenger had an outstanding narcotics warrant. A search of the vehicle uncovered a large quantity of methamphetamine, along with baggies and a digital scale, items commonly associated with narcotics sales. The female passenger was also found to have multiple prior narcotics convictions. All three occupants, a 38-year-old Santa Clarita man, a 29-year-old transient man, and a 48-year-old transient woman, were arrested on multiple narcotics-related charges, including felony possession of a controlled substance for sale.
