AJ Storr erupted for 26 points off the bench as Ole Miss pulled away late to defeat Missouri 76–69 on Saturday at the SJB Pavilion.
Missouri came out sharp from the perimeter, using five early 3-pointers to build a 22–12 advantage midway through the first half. Ole Miss steadied itself after a flagrant one foul on Travis Perry, which ignited a 7–0 Rebels run and forced a Tigers timeout as the deficit was trimmed to three.
Storr then took control. He knocked down back-to-back 3-pointers to give Ole Miss its first lead at 30–27 with 3:27 left in the half and continued scoring down the stretch. His basket late in the period gave him 18 first-half points and sent the Rebels into the locker room with a narrow 37–36 advantage.
