FRENCH TECHNIQUE 🤝 VIETNAMESE SOUL 🥐🇻🇳🇫🇷
The bánh mì is one of the greatest sandwiches in the world because it’s built on history, not trends.
During French colonial influence in Vietnam, classic French elements like baguettes, pâté, butter, and mayo met bold Vietnamese flavors: roasted meats, pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, heat, and balance. Instead of one overpowering the other, the cultures blended. Precision met vibrancy. Richness met freshness. The result was something entirely new and better than the sum of its parts.
That’s the spirit we wanted to honor.
Our take keeps the soul of the bánh mì intact while swapping the baguette for a laminated, buttery croissant. Still French. Still Vietnamese. Still all about contrast. Crispy roasted pork, creamy pâté, bright pickles, fresh herbs, heat, and acid all wrapped in flaky layers instead of crusty crumb.
It’s not a reinvention. It’s a continuation.
A sandwich born from two cultures, speaking the same delicious language.
