If you're parked on a snow emergency route in #Philadelphia. you need to move your car before 9 p.m. Saturday, with a winter storm on the way. The Philadelphia Parking Authority is discounting prices at six garages in Center City to $5 a day for the duration of the snow emergency. The discount goes into effect at 7 p.m. Saturday. You must pay at the PPA Management Office in each garage to be charged the $5 rate.
