Nick Shirley said after his first video on Minnesota fraud, he found more reports of fraud across other states. California Republican Rep. Kevin Kiley discussed reports of fraud in his state with Shirley. Rep. Kiley said, "There was $32.6 billion that been confirmed in unemployment insurance fraud. There's $1.2 million fraudulent community college applications." Shirley says he believes the fraud may be worse in California than in Minneapolis.
