Wise words from my last chemo appointment.
As we’ve suffered through this, I’m realizing that the hardest seasons are the ones that shape me the most.
This hard time has really shown me how good I had it.
Because if you have your health (and God)
you really do have it all.
I’m learning I need to cherish the good seasons so much more.
And that in the good and the bad, I need to remember one big lesson:
“this too shall pass.”
Bad seasons pass, but SO DO GOOD ONES!
So it’s important to cherish every second,
and remain very humble when things are really good.
Those won’t be forever either.
So don’t take them for granted.
And don’t miss those moments.
Seasons change, and there is a time for everything under the sun.
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance.
We are very ready to heal and to DANCE
(don’t worry we will keep the dancing offline lol)
and I feel beyond words blesse...
