Soak seaweed
Soak 20g dried miyuk in cold water until fully expanded. Drain, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-size pieces.
Build flavor
Heat 1½ tbsp toasted sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add 250g beef brisket or soup beef (thinly sliced) and cook until no longer pink. Add 5 cloves garlic, minced, stir until fragrant.
Stir-fry seaweed
Add prepared seaweed and stir-fry 2–3 min, coating everything well in the sesame oil.
Simmer
