Today the University of Michigan Concert Band traveled to Grand Rapids Michigan to perform as the ensemble for a conducting workshop for educators from all around the great state of Michigan! Professor Fettig worked with 20 conductors on selections from: Second Suite in F by Holst, Variations on America by Ives, Simple Gifts by Ticheli, and Jumpscare Tango by Etezady. While this was happening, Dr. Snyder was preparing the HS All-State Band for their concert this week as well!
