A jury has awarded a $1 settlement in favor of the International Swimming League in its lawsuit against FINA (now World Aquatics) over antitrust issues. The ISL sought $41 million in damages, claiming that anti-competitive behavior by the global governing body damaged their business interests. This was a largely moral victory for the ISL, and the jury award was largely symbolic.
