Coach Rouse has been coaching in the collegiate ranks for 9 years with previous stops at Augustana, North Dakota, and South Dakota State where he was on the 2023 FCS National Championship Staff. Rouse played collegiately at Fresno State where he is there All-Time leading rusher.
