Jennifer Lopez is being defended by the one person who actually matters in this situation: the director behind the Glambot, Cole Walliser. 🎙️
After clips from J.Lo’s 2026 Golden Globes Glambot moment sparked comments accusing her of being “rude,” Cole stepped in to set the record straight. “I didn’t take it personally, it didn’t feel rude in that moment,” he said, explaining that Lopez was focused, pressed for time, and already positioned for the shot when cameras started rolling.
Walliser also reminded viewers that Glambots are completely optional. “Anybody that stops, I already like you because you’re taking the time to do my thing and this is generous of you.” He added that red carpets are chaotic by nature and that a lack of small talk isn’t a sign of disrespect. Case closed.
