follow georgeandcris for travel inspo 😍 Cannot believe we saw this!!! 😭 📍Lofoten Islands, Norway One early morning after a hike, at around 2am, we were driving down the road and saw some cars pulled over in a pretty random place. Naturally, we were curious, so we parked our car and walked down the hill besides the road, to see what was going on. What we found truly blew us away…😭 There was a pod of orcas just a few yards from the shore hunting a school of herring. And for almost two hours we watched these killer whales do everything from breach, spy-hop, tail slap, and we even heard their vocalizations! Alongside a group of total strangers we witnessed one of nature’s most majestic animals in their natural habitat. It was truly one of the most magical experiences of our lives.
