The UAB St. Vincent’s urgent care clinic will permanently close. The clinic said their Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, Leslie Edwards, will be moving to UAB’s primary care office in Vestavia Hills. The urgent care clinic, also located in Vestavia, will permanently close on Jan. 23. Edwards’ new office is located just a few miles away at 200 Montgomery Hwy Suite 100.
