Happy Easter! Save some eggs for our Whiskey Sour!
1 Egg White,2/3 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Maple Syrup
2 oz 10th Mountain Rye
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add one medium or two small ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake till the ice has fully melted. Enjoy!
