17 year old Loppet Nordic Racing skier Michael LeBlanc has qualified for a Paralympic World Cup race in Europe after winning the 2020 USA Para National Championships. . In his first championship appearance, Michael went undefeated in the middle-distance cross-country, cross-country sprint, and biathlon sprint as he swept the men's standing class. Michael said, "It is really fun and really joyous to be able to come here and win these national titles. It's great to see how far I have come and where I can go in the future." . Michael has been training with the Loppet Nordic Racing (LNR) Competition team at Theodore Wirth Park since April.
