In continued efforts to create an inclusive and welcoming space for all individuals to enjoy the outdoors, our Loppet staff particiapted in implicit bias training yesterday with intentional conversations around how to address and combat the common biases in our society. . We plan to continue these conversations and continue to grow as a Foundation in alignment with our mission to create a shared passion for year-round outdoor adventure in the Minneapolis area, focusing on underserved youth and families.
