30 years of Red Hawk excellence! Celebrate Holly Gera with us on January 24th at 6pm at our #SupportHER game! 🏀✨ A Jersey girl through and through, Holly dedicated 30 years to Montclair State University, serving as Director of Athletics from 1996 until her retirement in 2018. She led with vision, overseeing budgeting, program administration, strategic planning, and staff development while championing Red Hawk Athletics at every level. Throughout her tenure, Holly was deeply involved in state, regional, and national athletic organizations including the NJAC, ECAC, and NCAA, serving on numerous committees and holding leadership positions. After stepping down as AD, she continued teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in sport and athletic management. Today, Holly volunteers as a docent and Board of Trustees member at The Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms.
