At our Bakersfield facility, quick thinking and preparation saved a life. When a teammate collapsed due to a medical emergency, certified first responder employees immediately jumped into action, using an AED and performing CPR until paramedics arrived. Thanks to their courage, our teammate made a full recovery. Last month, Hillman leaders visited Bakersfield to personally honor these life-saving team members in a ceremony celebrating their heroism and preparedness. A special thank-you to the @wonderfulcareercenter for providing the first aid and CPR training that equipped our team to respond with confidence and care.
