HoneyBaked Hockey Club is excited to announce Joey Francis as our 11U Head Coach for the 2026–27 season. Joey brings 9 years of coaching experience, including the last five seasons with HoneyBaked, and has been a key leader for our 2013 group. He served as Head Coach in 2023, leading the team to a District Championship and a State Finalist finish, and in 2025 helped guide the group to State Finalists again at 11U. Joey has coached across multiple levels in our program as an assistant at 10U, 11U, 12U, plus Tier 1 experience at 13O and 18U, and he’s deeply involved in player development, serving as an Assistant Skills Coach since the inception of the Athlete Academy and a Lead Instructor for the Suburban Hockey School Spring Training Program. “Joey has been a huge part of our development culture” said Phil Osaer, HB GM. “He connects with players, teaches the details, and consistently helps teams improve.
