We are excited to announce our 16U Head Coach! Mitch Callahan will lead our 16U team for the 2026-27 season and will play an important role in the development of our 15U, 16U, and 18U athletes. “Mitch brings NHL experience, a deep commitment to preparing players for junior hockey, and the perspective of someone who knows what it takes to win at the highest levels,” said Phil Osaer, Director of Athlete Development at Suburban Sports Group. “He’s a team-first leader who will continue building on the strong foundation our 2010 and 2011-born players have already laid.” We’re thrilled to welcome Mitch into this expanded development role and can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes.
