Prentice Point: 5299 DTC Blvd., Greenwood Village CO 80111 West Side and TKM are working together on this project on a full 6th Floor rebuild into 5 spec-suites as well as a very high-end finish on the 13th floor in suite 1350 for a wealth group. These 2 sets of photos are the first 2 weeks of demo and just starting framing of double glass doors and demising walls.
