Amazon is closing all of its Amazon Fresh grocery stores and Amazon Go convenience stores, some of which will be converted to Whole Foods Market locations, the company announced. The only two Amazon Fresh stores in New York State are on Long Island — one opened in Oceanside in July 2022 and the other opened in East Setauket in October 2024.
