Des Moines' Exile Brewing Co. plans to open a new location inside the Kettlestone Social food hall and entertainment space coming to Waukee. Developers Caliber Co. and its JCorp Design Build last June announced plans for the two-story food hall with indoor and outdoor game and lounge options that is under construction at Grand Prairie Parkway and Westown Parkway. exilebrewingco will be the anchor with five or six other food vendors. The food hall will be part of Kettlestone Central, a $220 million, 153-acre commercial and residential development. The $40 million, 140,000-square-foot, two-building Kettlestone Central Sports Complex opened in April at 2045 SE Glacier Trail.
