Getting to celebrate with family means everything. 💜⁣ ⁣ Laila Edwards is making history as one of the first Black women on the U.S. Olympic women’s hockey team, and thanks to NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce, her family will be there to cheer her on in person at Milano Cortina 2026 next month. 🏒✨⁣ ⁣ The Kelce brothers donated $10,000 to a GoFundMe set up to help cover travel for Edwards’ family. More than $56,000 of the $50,000 goal has now been raised, meaning her parents, relatives, and her 91-year-old grandmother (!!) get to see Laila compete. 👏❤️⁣ ⁣ Edwards, a senior defenseman at the University of Wisconsin, said the support came as a surprise and means the world to her. Travis first highlighted her on his “New Heights” podcast, and both brothers have been cheering her on throughout her career.⁣ ⁣ Catch Edwards’ Olympic debut on February 5 when Team USA faces Czechia.⁣ ⁣ #milanocortina2026 #icehockey
