Spicy Carrot Margaritas are the perfect drink to sip on this Easter weekend. 🥕Carrot juice is a sweet and earthy surprise in these vibrant orange cocktails and I love nothing more than the fresh jalapeño flavor. I hope you enjoy them! 🥕 SPICY CARROT MARGARITAS 4 oz carrot juice 2 oz silver tequila 1 oz Cointreau Juice of 1 whole lime Tons of ice Kosher salt & cayenne for the rim 🥕 DIRECTIONS: 1. Rim a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip in a mix of cayenne + kosher salt. Fill with ice and set aside. 2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add 2-3 jalapeño slices and muddle. 3. Add tequila, carrot juice, Cointreau and lime. Shake 30 seconds. 4.
