The #LSU Board of Supervisors approved a construction project to build new dorms near in the commuter parking lot on South Quad Drive known as Touchdown Village East Lot. The $215 million project is expected to be complete by fall 2027 to house over 1,200 students. In addition to the residential dorms, the Park and Geaux Mobility Hub will also be constructed so students have an area to wait for the shuttle to campus.
