A petition created Tuesday is calling for this new coffee spot on West Chimes Street to relocate for encroaching on the business of Highland Coffees, a local coffee shop that’s been operating for over 35 years. The Reveille reached out to supporters of both sides to understand every perspective of the petition. While some say the new coffee spot threatens the economic health of Highland Coffees, others say there’s enough room for both to operate given their different crowds and vibes.
