A big congratulations to Loppet Nordic Racing (LNR) athlete Caitlin Compton Gregg who has qualified for the FIS World Cup in Nove Mesto, CZE, on Feb 21. She'll be racing her favorite event (the 10km Skate, interval start) which was the format in which she won a bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships. With the lack of national-level racing this season within the U.S., Caitlin qualified by dominating competition in the Midwest and with her points profile from last season. What's really impressive is Caitlin has been able to maintain this level of fitness while working as the LNR High Performance Team Coach (with some help from her husband, Brian) and of course with the demands of being a mom - Heidi just turned 2 years old.
