ad Let’s normalise cut flowers outside 😍 I read that cut flowers can last quite long outside during the colder seasons as the cooler temperature preserves them! So, I thought what a great excuse to create an autumnal showstopper either side of my front door. I used two big urns, pouring soil into them. Wetting the soil created an oasis alternative, allowing the foliage to stand firmly in a wet environment. I visited my local flower market and picked out an explosion of autumnal colours with dyed orange Beech branches, big fluffy Hydrangeas in a gorgeous variety of shades - dusty reds, purples and greens! I also couldn’t resist a beautiful bunch of pink Dahlias and seasonal Sunflowers 🌻 I’m still going to find ways of introducing flowers into my home right into winter; they lift my spirits and make me feel that little bit more cheerful. What do you think of my autumnal arrangement ? 🍂🌻
