This time last year I was in a dark place. Sometimes it’s only when you look back you realise how far you have come. Don’t get me wrong I am still very much on a recovery journey but I feel armed with the knowledge and the tools to get there. Never feel ashamed, it’s why I started #postyourpill to end the stigma.
