UPDATE: President Donald Trump confirmed some federal agents will begin to leave Minneapolis on Tuesday in a conversation with Mayor Jacob Frey. Border Patrol Cmdr. Greg Bovino, who has become a public face of the Trump administration's immigration crackdown in Minnesota, is expected to leave the area on Tuesday, CNN reported. The network cited three unnamed sources familiar with the discussions, adding that officials on Sunday discussed the possibility of Bovino moving on from the state. The White House seemed to point to a new assignment for Bovino in a news conference after President Donald Trump announced that White House border official Tom Homan was being sent to Minnesota. "(Bovino) is going to very much continue to lead Customs and Border Patrol throughout and across the country," said White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt. "Mr. Homan will be the main point of contact on the ground in Minneapolis." Follow updates at the link in our bio. Photo by Richard Tsong-Taatar...
