GATEWAY TUNNEL PROJECT: The money being used to build the new Hudson Rail tunnels will run out on Feb. 6, unless President Donald Trump reverses a decision to fund the project after withholding federal funding during the government shutdown. One billion dollars has already been spent at the five sites which are located in New Jersey, New York and on the Hudson River. New Jersey Rep.
