The Holcomb's! My rule for accepting family sessions is simple... I have to know you. Why? I find it difficult to really connect with families I have no prior knowledge who they are, what they do, or at least have captured one major milestone in their life, and my ultimate goal is to make connections and a few friends along the way. Luckily for me, I've had the opportunity to know the Holcomb family over the last three years. Meeting Isabel in 2023, then Sofia and Elizabeth in 2024 for Sofia's senior photos. So, when Elizabeth reached out about capturing the whole family, on their property, in the place where generations of their family have grown up. It was an easy yes. A wonderful change of pace from the regularly scheduled programming, and getting seven busy lives in one place that is so important to them, priceless.
