Disruption has continued across the UK and Ireland after heavy rain and strong wins from Storm Chandra. More than 100 flood warnings are in place across the UK, with National Rail warning journeys across England, Scotland and Wales could be impacted until Friday. A major incident was declared in Somerset where around 50 properties were hit by floods. One couple had to be rescued from their home with a dinghy in Antrim, Northern Ireland. In Ireland, flood waters in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford rose above shopfronts, with rescuers also resorting to dinghies to help rescue efforts in waist high water.
