Those were the days. Did you ever spend any time in Penny Lane? A variety of small businesses, mostly restaurants like Belgo Brasserie, Thy's Vietnamese, and including OG Cowboy's, plus a few others like Figaro's barber. The entire block was replaced with Eighth Avenue Place, two office towers. One has 47 floors, one has 49 floors. Lots of banking companies, lawyers, energy, etc. Several Penny Lane photos + some other oldies from downtown and area.
