#HumanitiesHighlight: Meet Cayden Nixon, a communication major with a focus in mass media and an active member of USC Upstate’s ASL program. 🤟 She shined during her internship with the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind. Applying her ASL skills during the internship allowed her to adapt to a wide range of communication needs. Her internship has also helped clarify her career goals and allowed her to gain paid, real-world experience in a field she’s passionate about.
