Wanted to share some of the Parabeast novel concept art, it’s super exciting to not only see these come to life but also be able to share them with you guys. Introductions to each Parabeast (in order of appearance): Calyptera Drake: A thirty-foot high parabeast with a dragon-like appearance. Its sleek body is wrapped with golden veins over midnight blue skin and large steam vents cover its body releasing hot glowing golden steam that it uses to propel itself and amplify its destructive capabilities. (I referred to this parabeast as “Speed Dragon” for the longest time as a nickname before I came up with the official name) Crown Gorus: A massive parabeast with giant forelegs and craggy, rock-plated vambraces. Its wide head is a half mouth, with rows of teeth and a long black tongue. Hyophage: “Horrifically humanoid” parabeasts, lanky with stretched two-toed feet, long arms with spidery claw fingered hands and bright eyes sunk into dark sockets.
