A documentary about beauty in sports produced by L’Oréal and The New York Times, featuring an American 100m sprinter, two South American wrestlers, and a European football player… It might sound like a ChatGPT hallucination, but it’s actually a project I truly enjoyed being part of! Meeting the Moment offers a window into the private lives of athletes. We discussed topics such as body image in elite sport, preparation for major competitions, and the discipline athletes apply both on and off the field. The documentary premiered yesterday at Pathé Palace near Opéra, and I really enjoyed discovering the segments dedicated to nojo18, perse.am, and lacatalinagar.
