Liza Minnelli has hit back at critics comparing the cover art of her new single ‘Kids Wait Till You Hear This’ to Rihanna’s iconic 2007 studio album ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’, saying the artwork was an intentional nod. Minnelli released her latest track on 22 January— her first new music in 13 years— in collaboration with AI tech company ElevenLabs. AI was used in the arrangement of the music, but Liza assured listeners that the vocals were all her in response to initial backlash.
