Judah, a cast member on TLC’s new reality series ‘Suddenly Amish’, has come out as bisexual. The series, set in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, follows six non-Amish ("English") participants as they leave modern life behind to live within an Amish community. Before coming out to his fellow cast members, 22-year-old Judah spoke candidly in a confessional about feeling like he’s had to hide parts of himself: “I’ve always felt and been different. It can just feel like sometimes I have a mask everywhere I go. I kind of just want to take the mask off and be free.” He added: “I feel like my sexuality, in the Black community, especially for Black men, isn’t really talked about.
