Today, we recognize and congratulate more of our Hall of Honor Class of 2026 honorees in the Faith & Service Category. Sr. Constance Ann Prather, O.S.B., was passionate about history and politics and inspired that same curiosity and civic engagement in all students, especially those overlooked. She loved lively discussion and made her classes engaging. A teacher at Sacred Heart Academy, later Benet Academy, she supported students beyond class, cheering at games and motivating lasting commitment to social equality and justice through example and action every day. Albert J. Rychtarik, taught mathematics at Benet for 37 years with a wit and style that continues to influence the department to this day. He is often cited by Benet alumni as their most influential teacher. Al also coached the golf and bowling teams.
