President Donald Trump returned to Iowa for an hourlong campaign speech, touting his economic achievements, rallying Republicans for the midterms and promising action on E15. Trump spoke to a roomful of at least 700 people at the Horizon Events Center in Clive after making a private stop at the Machine Shed Restaurant in Urbandale.
