Harol Alvarado Rodriguez was detained by ICE agents on his way to work in December. But the real nightmare began after that. Since being detained and brought to Delaney Hall in Newark, Harol has been transferred to four different detention centers in four different states. “Each time I was moved, it was abrupt, sometimes very late at night or really early in the morning,” Harol says.“I never knew where I was being taken, I didn’t know anything, where I was going, who made the call, or why it had been decided.
